Bio:
Sara-Jane McLeish is a level 1 MBSR/MBCT trained mindfulness teacher. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness and also helping individuals understand the positive impact daily meditation can have on their health and wellbeing.
Class Description:
I teach Mindfulness meditation, including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy for depression (MBCT). At Yoga Day – Carlisle I will be offering an introduction to Mindfulness, teaching participants what mindfulness meditation is and the benefits of practicing.
