Bio:

I run Nourish Yoga, specialising in pre- and post- natal yoga, and yoga with babies. I run a North Cumbria women’s circle with my sister, and hope to nourish and keep others well supported in their life journey. Practising yoga daily, my family are my greatest teachers, and together we live our lives in all of its perfection, all of its messiness. My yoga classes with other women and their babies are a source of energy and love which I am constantly grateful for.
