Kids & Family Yoga
Little Lotus Yoga is run by Bryoni Meighan, Originally trained as an Early years educator, she really understands the core of children’s development and how to help them grow, into balanced, strong and creative individuals. Using yoga and mindfulness classes and workshops to aid children in the ever overwhelming world of growing up. Using her passion for yoga and knowledge of children she decided to combine the two, and Little Lotus Yoga was born!
Each class is jam packed full of fun and helps children gain confidence and creativity in their bodies, the classes really are for everyone.
Most importantly children and families can learn relaxation techniques and how to bring them into their daily life.
10am Kids Yoga (3-7 years)
12pm Family Yoga (2+ years)
1pm Kids Yoga (8-12 years)
3pm Teen Yoga (12+ years)
